The Amazing Spiderman

After waiting in the line as the first person in the queue, got the tickets for the movie at Liberty Lite.  Although the space in the theater was very cozy, the film distracted the discomfort. Amazing Spiderman Poster Marvel is doing a great job in taking superhero movies, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and Avengers. The cast of the movie was good. Andrew Garfield portraying Peter Parker, looks like a grown up version of Freddie Highmore. And both of them are British. He is very much different from the Tobey Maguire, who portrayed the character in previous trilogy. Emma Stone was just awesome, as she did in Easy A and The Help. She portrays the character of Gwen Stacey. It's kind of interesting that the girlfriend is revealed the double identity of the hero early in the story, unlike the other superhero movies and the previous trilogy. Director Marc Webb does a good job, in creating a good romantic storyline while including a lot of action sequences. The dial

Secrets and lies

Every heroes in all movies I have seen have their own set of secrets and lies they protect. For example, "Album Dumbledore was a man of secrets and lies." All the superheroes from Superman to Spiderman kept their true identities a secret and tried reasoning it to have a normal life. I sometimes wonder why do I keep so many secrets and tell all the lies to protect them. What would be my life, without these secrets. I can't imagine that life. In that kind of life, I would lose all that is precious to me, family, friends and the society. It's agonizing to tell lies everyday, from the moment you wake up until you close your eyes. Sometimes I wonder why all this pretence. What would really happen without these secrets and lies. Maybe I should really try atleast once and see how it goes. Am I really afraid that others will see the true me or am I afraid that I will see my true myself.
